Who We Are
An Educational Program with Real Consequence
Blueshift Capital is a student-managed educational programme in applied capital allocation, based at ESADE, Barcelona. It was established through the ESADE Finance Society and operates under the ESFS Educational Association, a non-profit association incorporated under Spanish law.
The programme was founded on a shared belief: that the most effective preparation for a career in finance is not a classroom exercise, but the actual practice of disciplined research, rigorous analysis, and accountable decision-making with a managed educational capital base: the model the industry knows as a student-managed investment fund (SMIF), applied at ESADE.
Operating under institutional governance, including a supervisory board, faculty oversight, and external legal counsel, Blueshift Capital holds its members to a standard commensurate with professional investment practice, not academic convention.
